Hello parents of Miss Rickabaugh’s class! We are looking for volunteers for our Easter Party, March 25 from 11am until noon! The kids will have an Easter egg hunt, snacks and crafts. We could use as many volunteers as possible, especially since the egg hunt will be outside. If you are able to help in class, please let us know! (Please sign up below or email/text Sally.) Yes! I can help in class!! ____________________________________ We could also use some help with party supplies! We need enough for 23 kids plus a few helpers. Feel free to sign up for something here, or write it on the master sheet on the supply cabinet, or send Sally an email/text. (I’ll do my best to update so there aren’t duplicates, but it’s always tricky. Thanks for understanding! )
Snacks (Anything Easter’ish – be creative!): Peach Fruit cups* _____________________________ Annie’s bunny crackers ________________________ Juice boxes* _________________________________ Bunny bait trail mix*: Mini colored marshmallows* ___________________ Dried fruit* ________________________________ Small pretzels ______________________________ Reece’s pieces/Easter M&M’s* __________________ Sandwich bags* ______________________________ Cupcakes or cookies __________________________ Other Easter snacks? _______________________ Easter Paper Plates ____________________________ Easter Napkins ______________________________ CRAFTS/EGG HUNT Colored lunch bags ____________________________ Easter grass _________________________________ Small prizes (fit inside small eggs) _______________ (Could be tattoos, stickers, erasers, candy, rings, etc.— More than one parent can help with this.) *If you pick one of these items (with the *), please let me know. I hope to “Easter‐ize” it before class.
Thank you so much for any help you can offer. Please return this to Ms. Rickabaugh no later than Wednesday (March 23) or feel free to email Sally (sally@icmj.com) to let us know how you can help. Wishing you and your family a blessed Holy Week!
