Weekly Update
We had our first full day in the new building yesterday! We are
still moving in and still working on technology.
April 18-22
Letters: We have completed the alphabet so we are going back and
reviewing formation, sounds, blends and spacing within the lines.
Sight Words: well, ate, must
Language Arts: Show what you know
Math: Subtraction
Bible: Jesus dies on the cross
Science: Conservation and Earth Day
Community: Family
Monday: Chapel- Banana Slug Band and ducklings visiting our class.
New building day!
Tuesday: Speech Meet Practice
Wednesday: Speech Meet!!!! Please come and bring your family and
friends. We will be in the main auditorium at 8:45am.
Miss Rickabaugh’s Kindergarten Speech Meet. We will be having it
in the main auditorium! It is a big venue but our kids are very excited to show
off what they have been working on! I am very proud of them!
We will begin at 8:45am and it will probably not be any longer
than 30mins! Thank you so much for putting it on your calendar and being there
to support us.
Next Week:
Thursday April 28th: Spring Concert! Your student will be singing
alongside the rest of the school. This event is put together by our music
teacher Mrs. Nigh.
Friday April 29th: Half day. Dismissal is at noon. It is a teacher
In-Service day. Crosswalk is open till 6pm.
