Sorry I was absent yesterday and wasn't able to send home homework last night. I heard the kids had a great day with Mrs Mendence and Mrs Goodman.
Today I will send home the folders and we will get the week back on track.
Just so you know:
The class will have dress rehearsal for the Spring Concert on the 20th and the 21st. This will be happening at 8:30am so if your student is late please find us in the main santurary.
Spring Concert is on the 21st at 7pm. Your student will need to be wearing their sheep costumes and meet me at 6:45pm.
If you have questions regarding the play please contact Rachel Nigh and Mr Jones who are in charge of the whole thing.
This week:
Sight words:they, good, will
We are learning word families and doing review in Language Arts.
Finishing our subtraction chapter in Math means we will be shortly moving into review.
Our Bible lesson is about Paul's missionary journey as Paul spreads the Gospel.
In science we are focusing on ocean and all of its life.
We are already preparing for first grade!
Dates to remember:
Thursday May 21st: Spring Concert at 7pm in the TLC main auditorium.
Friday May 22nd: half day. Dismissal at noon. Crosswalk till 6pm.
Monday May 25th: No school. Memorial Day
